He advises and coaches globally on customer experience, employee engagement, integrated marketing and bringing brands to life. He is a international keynote speaker on customer experience and business transformation.
Craig has worked on customer centered change in the financial services, telecoms, retail, technology, education, hospitality, healthcare, travel and luxury lifestyle sectors.
Most recently Craig held the position as Customer Experience and Brand at Emirates. He is Customer Experience Director at Activate Experience, a boutique CX activation agency working with luxury and lifestyle brands. He is based in Dubai and consults internationally.
He holds an Industrial Psychology degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa
